in mind. I will be happy to give you a estimate. There will
be no charge for the basic estimate, however a small deposit,
10% of initial estimate may be required if a design and final
quote is needed. The final quote is guaranteed to be less than
or equal to the estimate or your deposit will be refunded. I
can then do a design or two for your approval. I would then make
any modifications that you think will improve the design. If
you decide to order the sign a deposit of 50% will be required.

I have
over fifteen years experience creating the highest quality neon
signs. The highest level of workmanship is my constant goal.
The neon signs I produce will be enjoyed for many years to come.
I produce quality neon, very few others can match. I have a unique
approach to indoor pieces. They are more like sculpture rather
than signs.I am an artist, designer and craftsman. (please visit my ceramics website) While I was studying
art at the Art Institute of Chicago, I. started to make neon
signs to support myself more than fifteen years ago. Until recently
I primarily did wholesale neon work for a number of sign companies
in the Chicago area as well as a countless retail jobs as well.
I now specialize in smaller signs; small neon gifts, window neon
signs, wall mounted neon signs, custom neon beer signs, neon
window trim or borders etc. Yes, I can make any indoor sign that
you can find anywhere else on the web. My quality is second to
none.
HIGHEST
QUALITY, AMERICAN MADE
I only
use the highest quality components and materials. The transformers
I use (every neon sign needs a transformer) are American made,
solid state transformers, they have the latest safety features,
are ul listed and carry a four year warranty. They are energy
efficient and consume about 75 watts. I believe I use the best
solid state transformers available with a proven track record
or over three million in the field. There are many cheaper, inferior
transformers on the market, and although my prices are relatively
low, when you invest a substantial amount of money in a neon
sign, you want it to last for many trouble free years. I don't
cut corners.

The designs
you will find on this website are very small sample of what can
be produced in neon.The possibilities are endless. This website
is not really intended to be a catalog. Variations of most of
the images are available upon request, however, most everything
I produce is custom made to my customer's specifications. Larger
mass production companies take a stock frame they purchase and
then try to design something to fit within those dimensions.
I make a very sturdy, custom, clear or black plexiglass box frame
for every sign I make. No two are the same. I make the highest
quality support to fit the design, I will not try to squeeze
your design on or in a "stock" frame,

PRICES
I have
been told my prices are usually among the lowest for custom neon
work, which is good to know, although my first concern is that
my quality is the highest. Prices for the designs you see on
this website range from about $180 to about $500, The price varies
depending on the size, number of letters, complexity and choice
of colors.
Are
you looking for "stock" signs?
I do
not think it is a good idea to try to create a lot of generic
neon that you see everywhere when it is almost as easy to make
something attractive and unique for a comparable price.
I do
not sell the the cheap, imported, "neon" that is being
so widely distributed. Quality neon signs should work well for
many years, not a few months.

ship most smaller signs anywhere in the U.S. via Fedex or UPS.
Shipping and handling to most of the U.S. is $35.
All neon
is fully insured and guaranteed to arrive safely or I will repair
or replace it free of charge as well as any additional shipping
charges that are incurred.
So far
I have not had a customer make such a request, however: Obviously
due to its one of a kind nature, custom neon can not be returned.
